On July 30th, 2020, NASA launched a rocket that contained a rover called - Perseverance. It will explore mars and will give samples of the soil of the mars and bring it back to Earth so that the scientists can research.    NASA is also planning to send the first man on Mars, which is after the Artemis Mission - Launching the first woman and the next Man on the moon by 2024. (you will see it in my future posts) This would be the next step for Human mankind in the 21st century. QUICK FACTS ABOUT PERSEVERANCE Rover Name: Perseverance Mission: Mars 2020 Launched: July 30, 2020 Launch location: Cape Canerval, Air force station, Florida Landing: Feb 18, 2021 Landing site: Jezero Crater, Mars Mission duration: At least 1 year at mars (687 Earth days) So, the main job of this rover will seek a sign of Ancient life and collect rock samples and comes back to Earth.
