Environmental Issue : 1 - The Big Global Melt

Hi everyone! I am back with another article. So, welcome to the environmental issue series! This series will have a variety of topics focusing on environment and saving our earth for our future.

The Big Global Melt
Yes, this is the major problem right now. The Earth is heating up and the glaciers and which are in the Arctic, Antarctic, and even in the Himalayas are melting down.

What is the problem?
If all the glaciers and icebergs are melting down the water will fill up the continents and our Earth will be covered with water and nothing will able to survive. We have to stop it.

This Feb, Antarctica witnessed its hottest temperature on record, resulting in widespread melting of nearby glaciers. During this period, the images show drastic changes in just  nine days.
Then came the news that Antarctica's colossal Thwaites Glacier is melting fast. If the glacier were to collapse, It could lead to an increase in sea levels by around 64 cm.

In mere two days, the Milne ice shelf lost over 40% of its ice over in July. This results the endangerment for the animals which were living there.
Scientists are saying that this will not stop until we reduce our carbon footprints and our greenhouse gases.
We are the future - And we have to change it.

Will be back with many other posts that are related to environment. Share and save our precious planet.

But one day, when looking for a murky, dim star ( these stars don't emit much light, It will be harder to find) a group of scientists stumbled upon a planet that was drifting alone in space. This lonely planet was aimlessly moving around space without a star to keep it warm or as a company! Why does the planet revolve around a warm star? Stay tuned for the next blog!  This planet also has the same characteristics as any other planet. In fact, It looks like our Jupiter's big sister! : What might have happened? China's Chang'e-5 mission - What you need to know?

Hello everyone!  With the success of the Chang'e-5 mission, China has become the third country to retrieve sample from the Moon, after the U.S and the Soviet Union. Scientists believe the lunar rocks and soil could give us a glimpse of a much younger moon. Chinese space probe Chang'e-5, carrying rocks and soil from the Moon, returned to Earth safely on December 17. The capsule carrying the samples landed in northern China's inner Mongolia region.   This is the first lunar sample return since 1976, when the former Soviet Union's Luna 24 returned with Lunar material. The Chang'e-5 probe included a lander, an ascender, orbiter and a returner. After it entered the designated circular lunar orbit, the lander-ascender pair separated from the orbiter-returner group and descended and successfully touched down n...
